Select a travel plan that suits your preferences. Browse through the Go Global Explore holiday itineraries. If none meet your requirements, we are happy to design a bespoke holiday at no additional cost—unless you select extra services, upgraded accommodation, etc.

3. Make a Booking
3.1. Payment Requirements
Once you are satisfied with your selection, we typically require a deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost to secure your booking. We will then begin arranging your itinerary and booking your accommodation. For bookings made less than six weeks before the holiday start date, full payment will be required.
3.2. Payment Methods
You can pay by bank transfer (BACS) or via our online Stripe account using a debit or credit card. Please note that Stripe charges a 4.5% transaction fee, which will be added to the total amount. We will provide our bank details or send an online invoice for card payments.
3.3. Flight Arrangements
Flights are not included in our holiday packages. If you need assistance booking flights to Turkey, please let us know—we can help search on your behalf.
4. Unused Services
No refunds or exchanges will be provided for accommodation, meals, excursions, transportation, or other services included in the tour price that are not used by the tour participants.
5. Luggage Services
Our “luggage transfer service” allows each guest to bring one suitcase and one small backpack/bag. Additional luggage may incur an extra charge per person. Please inform us in advance of your flight if you have extra baggage. These charges can be paid in cash upon arrival in Turkey.
6. Insurance
6.1. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to make a claim, we will be happy to assist with any details your insurer requires.
6.2. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your holiday, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
7. Group Holiday Bookings
7.1. Group Structure
Each year, we organize one or more group holidays, typically for 8 to 15 participants. Unless otherwise stated, these holidays are not guided tours, and therefore not considered “guided groups.” We ensure that there is an experienced walker within the group.
7.2. Responsibilities
Our company is not responsible for any loss of belongings or accidents that may occur during these holidays. We strongly recommend that all participants have their own travel insurance.
7.3. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, usually to substitute a day’s walk. In the unlikely event we need to change the advertised number of nights, a proportional refund will be provided.
7.4. Dietary Requirements
Meals are generally included in our tours, and it is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements. We will notify accommodation providers and do our best to accommodate your needs. Any suggestions or advice given during group holidays is provided in good faith.

Your booking is accepted with the understanding that you are aware of the potential risks and hazards associated with this type of holiday. The daily itinerary and purpose of the trip are intended as goals and are not contractual obligations.
8.2. Health Declaration
Before accepting your booking, it is essential that you inform us of any medical condition, physical or mental impairment for yourself or your group. Some holidays involve greater physical challenges, and it is your responsibility to ensure that any activities selected are suitable for you or your group members.
8.3. Liability
Travel arrangements are not included in the itinerary and are your responsibility. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring during your holiday. Any advice or guidance we provide is offered in good faith, and we accept no liability for it.
9. Confirmation of Your Holiday
We will confirm receipt of your deposit. Our information pack will be emailed to you 4–6 weeks before your holiday start date, along with a request for final payment. Please ensure this is paid on time. If your booking is made less than six weeks before your holiday begins, full payment is generally required. Your itinerary will be finalized as soon as possible, and the information pack will be sent via email.
